Designed for kids ages 5-9, this imaginative program turns emotional learning into an adventure—helping kids feel more confident, calm, and in control.

Over the course of this 10-part interactive video series, kids climb the ranks of the Feelings Detective Agency and learn how to:

• Be aware of body clues
• Label their emotions
• Understand their emotions
• Develop regulation strategies

The Feelings Detective Program takes a proactive approach and teaches kids a simple four-part process, making it easy to solve big feelings, one clue at a time.
