Welcome to twojourneys.co ("Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of twojourneys.co (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

You are permitted to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.  

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Adventure In LLC, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.  

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Site.  

  • To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

 

 

3. User-Generated Content

The Site may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials ("User Contributions").

Any User Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution on the Site, you grant us and our affiliates the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Contributions and that they comply with these Terms.

 

4. Digital Purchases, Booking, and Fees

  • Fees and Payments: By purchasing a digital product, course, coaching package, or counseling session (collectively, "Services"), you agree to pay all specified fees. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processors.

  • No-Refund Policy on Digital Products & Courses: Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products and online courses, all sales for these items are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the files have been downloaded.

 

5. Professional Disclaimer 

  • For Educational and Informational Purposes Only: The information provided in our courses, coaching sessions, and digital downloads is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • No Counselor-Client Relationship: Your use of this Site, including purchasing courses or general coaching, does not establish a professional counselor-client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed after a formal intake process, a signed clinical agreement, and an active individual counseling engagement.

  • Personal Responsibility: You agree to be solely responsible for your own results. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or success from using our coaching, counseling, or digital products, as your success depends on your own efforts, situation, and follow-through.

  • Coaching & Counseling Cancellation Policy: For live coaching or counseling sessions, you must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. If you fail to show up or cancel within this window, we reserve the right to charge you the full session fee.

 

6. Intellectual Property & Course Access (License to Use)

  • Limited License: When you purchase a course or digital product, we grant you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Sharing Prohibited: You may not share your login credentials, distribute course downloads, or resell any of our materials to third parties. Sharing your account or copying our course materials will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement.

 

7. Third-Party Links and Content

If the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ADVENTURE IN LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adventure In LLC , its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions or any use of the Site's content and services other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States of America without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the State of Minnesota and the United States of America

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
